Our DMG Mori and Mazak multi-axis machining centres handle complex aerospace geometries that require simultaneous 5-axis interpolation. We run lights-out where programmes permit, and every setup is qualified with a first-piece inspection before production begins.

Precision turned parts from 0.25" to 18" diameter on Mazak Integrex and Okuma LT multi-tasking centres. Sub-spindle and live tooling enable complete part production in a single setup — reducing fixturing variation and lead time.

Wire and sinker EDM for features inaccessible by conventional cutting — cooling holes, intricate slots, and hardened tool steels. Surface and cylindrical grinding for flatness and dimensional accuracy beyond milling capability.

• Wire EDM: Sodick AP300L — 12" × 16" work envelope
• Sinker EDM: Charmilles Roboform 54
• Grinding: Okamoto ACC 618 DX — flatness to 0.0001"

Every first article receives a full balloon-marked inspection report. Production parts are sampled per AQL or customer-specified plans. Material certifications and full traceability are supplied with every shipment as standard.
